Consultation and Project Initiation

• Book Consultation: $20 for a 45-min consultation to discuss project scope, objectives, and timelines. (will go towards total amount)

• Inquiring about a logo design please fill out Logo Form under Contact tab.

• Project Proposal: A detailed proposal, including project deliverables, timelines, and costs, will be provided after the initial consultation.

• Acceptance of Proposal: A signed agreement and a 50% deposit are required to initiate the project.

 

Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based a fixed project fee, depending on the project scope.

• Payment Schedule:

  • 50% deposit upon agreement signing.

  • 50% upon initial design approval and before final delivery.

• Payment Methods

  • All clients will receive an invoice and a payment link via email.

 

Revisions and Approvals

• Revision Policy: Three rounds of revisions are included in the project fee. Additional revisions will be billed at $100 hourly rate.

• Approval Process: Client must provide written approval of final design and for any revisions.

 

Project Timelines

• Turnaround Time: Project timelines are outlined in the proposal. Delays in client feedback or approval may affect delivery dates.

• Rush Fees: Projects requiring expedited delivery may incur rush fees.

Communication

• Preferred Methods: Email is the primary mode of communication. Phone calls and virtual meetings can be scheduled as needed.

• Response Time: We strive to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours during business days.

 

Confidentiality and Privacy

• Client Confidentiality: All client information and project details are kept confidential and will not be shared without explicit permission.

• Data Protection: Designs by Janielle LLC complies with data protection regulations to ensure the safety of client information.

 

Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Final design files become the property of the client upon full payment. Designs by Janielle LLC retains the right to use project work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Licensing: Any stock images or fonts used in the project will be licensed appropriately, and costs will be included in the project fee.

 

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: Either party may cancel the project with written notice. Refunds will be issued based on the work completed up to the cancellation date, minus the non-refundable deposit.

• Refunds: No refunds will be issued for completed and approved work.

 

Quality Assurance

• Commitment to Quality: We are committed to delivering high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.

• Client Feedback: We encourage clients to provide feedback to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
